Announcing Santa’s return + seasonal events
Canton, Ohio – November 11, 2024 – Santa starts his season at Belden Village this week and some of his favorite friends from Whoville are coming to celebrate!
Families are invited from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, to experience the Whoville Holiday Adventure, complete with special appearances by Cindy Lou Who, Martha May Whovier and the one and only Mean One. Wear your pj’s and enjoy festive photo ops, heartwarming holiday cheer and a day of fun games and story time. The first 100 kids receive
themed swag. Reserve a spot for free and be automatically entered to win a Whoville Prize Package.
The day would not be complete without Santa, and luckily, he will be stationed at Belden Village every day through Christmas Eve. Schedule a visit with Santa on a Monday through Thursday until December 5 and take advantage of the weekday special – receive two photo sheets (any size) and a free digital download, which includes four digital images for $39.95.
Reservations for the Santa photo experience are not required but encouraged to reduce wait times. Santa’s schedule is as follows:

Pets have their own special night with Santa on Sunday, November 17, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The Pet Photos with Santa event is the purr-fect way to capture holiday memories with furry family members. Please note the event is first come, first served – no reservations.

Black Friday & Small Business Saturday
No holiday season is complete without some shopping on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Score all the deals and support over 25 local businesses on November 29 and 30. A complete directory of Belden Village stores and restaurants can be found here.
Soothing Santa
Soothing Santa provides a quieter, more comfortable experience for guests of all ages and abilities. Held before stores open, with music off and minimal foot traffic, these sessions are designed for a relaxed visit with Santa. Event dates are Saturday, December 7, and Saturday, December 14, from 8:30-10 a.m. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting the mall management office at 330-492-7779. Soothing Santa events are sponsored by The Golden Key - Center for Exceptional Children.
Jolly for the Holidays
Buddy, Jovie and everyone’s favorite blue dog will be ready to dance, play games and take pictures with families on Saturday, December 7, from 1-3 p.m. in Center Court. The event is free to attend, and the first 100 kids receive themed swag. Registration (and a chance to enter to win a holiday fun package valued at $250) will open soon at beldenvillagemall.com.
In the spirit of giving, Belden Village is also hosting a 12 Days of Giveaways promotion from December 5-16. Follow Belden Village on Facebook and Instagram (@BeldenVillageMall) for the chance to win gift cards and prizes from retailers throughout the mall.
Finally, many of Belden Village’s popular dining destinations, like Burntwood Tavern, Bravo Italian Kitchen and Condado Tacos, will feature special Thanksgiving menus and/or offer catering packages to help make the most of holiday dinners.
