In its eighth year, Ohio’s Sales Tax Holiday now offers even greater opportunities for shoppers to save thanks to several upgrades.
Here’s a preview of what shoppers can expect at Belden Village during the Sales Tax Holiday:
• Savings on a broader array of items: In addition to clothing and school supplies, most merchandise will now be exempt from state and local sales tax, including jewelry and watches, cosmetics, home décor, household supplies, toys, tech and entertainment gear, baby products, food and more. Belden Village anchor stores Macy’s and Dillard’s are popular locations to find designer accessories and handbags, luggage, furniture, electronics, housewares and more. Shoppers can also enjoy saving on their next pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses from LensCrafters or custom footwear from The Good Feet Store. Parents looking to stock up on sports equipment for the upcoming school year can find a variety of options at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
• A higher price threshold: The expanded program covers almost everything priced at $500 or less, so now is the time to capitalize and save on bigger ticket purchases like furniture, electronics and fine jewelry.
• A longer period to save: The Sales Tax Holiday will run for 10 days from Tuesday, July 30 through Thursday, August 8. With so many locations to enjoy at Belden Village, shoppers can save at their leisure this year and plan multiple shopping trips to maximize their savings.

Stop by the Back-to-School Fun Station on Saturday, August 4 or Tuesday, August 7 from 12-2 p.m. in Center Court. Shoppers who spend a total of $150 at Belden Village Mall stores and restaurants between July 30 and August 11 can present their receipts for a chance to spin the prize wheel. A variety of prizes, swag and gift cards from stores and restaurants such as Macy’s, Dillard’s, LOFT, Bravo, Burntwood Tavern and Condado Tacos are up for grabs. Some restrictions may apply.
10 Days of Giveaways
