Old barns were used inside all five of the Burntwood Tavern restaurants. Hand hewn beams, barn boards and reclaimed barn wood that are rich in character from being weathered by the wind, sun and rain over decades fills the restaurants. Custom, hand-crafted lighting and furniture fills each of the Burntwood taverns. Hand-blown glass abounds, capturing the play of light and shadow derived from warm flames.
